Mobile App Help Desk at the 2019 Annual Meeting—Free Registration Offer
 
Purpose: 
a) Encourage attendee usage of the meeting mobile app. 
b) Increase social media activity during the ACVP 2019 Annual Meeting by recruiting 8 residents/students. They will provide hands on app technical support during high traffic intervals and post at least 4 images/message each day throughout the meeting. 
 
In exchange, each resident/student will receive a complimentary registration to the 2019 Annual Meeting in San Antonio on November 9-13.
 
Requirements:
 
Times:
Saturday, November 9 from 4:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.
Sunday, November 10 from 7:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.
Sunday, November 10 from 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.
Monday, November 11 from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 noon
 
Tasks:
--Two — two hour shifts, 8 people total (can be residents or students)
--Must post four times on social media per day of the conference (3 days) using a combination of the mobile app, tweets or Facebook for a total of 12 posts during the conference per person.
--People staffing the area must stand up with their mobile phones in hand, ready to help attendees and answer questions
 
Technical Support Assistants will be selected by the value of their response to the following questions in an email addressed to meetings@acvp.org.  Include your name, phone number and name of your supervisor and email of your supervisor.
 
1) What are three ideas to encourage attendees to download and use the ACVP Annual Meeting mobile app?
 
2) What are three ideas to better use social media to promote the ACVP Annual Meeting?
 
Submit this information to the ACVP office by August 23, 2019.  Winners will be contacted by September 10, 2019.
