Air Travel

Plan your airline arrangements to Savannah early! To make a flight reservation or request a quote, contact Burkhalter Travel at 1-800-556-9286 (press 0 and ask for the Corporate Department) from 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (CST) Monday through Friday (+1-608-833-9339). Please reference the ACVP Annual Meeting when making your reservations. Fare restrictions and cancellation penalties may apply to your travel. Be sure to have the agent advise you of any applicable restrictions. Burkhalter Travel will book your travel on the air carrier offering the greatest discount.

Ground Transportation

Should you require shuttle service from the Savannah Airport, simply make reservations through the following website – www.lowcountryadventures.com or by calling the toll-free number, 1-800-845-5582 (+1-843-681-8212) at least 24 hours prior to arrival and identify yourself as an attendee with the American College of Veterinary Pathologists Annual Meeting. Please be sure to use PIN # 33278 to receive the preferred group rate of $26.00 per person/round trip from the Savannah International Airport. Reservations are a must to guarantee a seat and to receive the discounted rate. Please have a credit card and all of your flight information available when making your reservation.

Upon arrival in Savannah, check-in at the Gray Line Airport Express transportation booth located in the North Baggage Claim area.

Reservations can be changed from the hotel 24 hours prior to departure. The number to call will be indicated on your return trip ticket. (Flights arriving after 12:30 a.m. are not met.)
