ACVP Hotel Accomodations

The Westin Harbor Resort will serve as the headquarters hotel for the 2007 ACVP/ASVCP Annual Meeting. Currently, the Westin Resort is sold out of rooms for the Conference. If you have secured your reservation at the Westin Resort and not received a confirmation, please call them at +1-912-201-2000 for your confirmation number. The Westin Harbor Resort is located next door to the Savannah International Trade and Convention Center, site of the scientific sessions and exposition.

ACVP has secured sleeping rooms at the Hampton Inn, which is located in downtown Savannah, across the river from the Westin Harbor Resort. The room rate is $129 per night (not including tax). To make your reservation, please call the Hampton Inn at +1-912-231-9700 and tell them you are with the ACVP meeting in order to obtain the conference rate.

We have also secured rooms at the Staybridge Suites in downtown Savannah, across the river from the Westin Harbor Resort. The room rate is $169 per night (not including tax). To make your reservation, please call the Staybridge Suites at +1-912-721-9000 and tell them you are with the ACVP meeting in order to obtain the conference rate.

River taxis (2MB PDF) depart from downtown Savannah every 20 minutes for the 10 minute ride to the Westin Harbor Resort and the Savannah International Trade and Convention Center. Plus ACVP will be offering shuttle transportation directly from the Inn at Ellis Square (a few blocks walk from the Hampton Inn and Staybridge Suites) to the Westin Harbor Resort and the Savannah International Trade and Convention Center.

Attendance at ACVP/ASVCP meeting has grown significantly in the past two years. Sleeping rooms are selling out early at the headquarters hotel due to this growth.
