There are three ways to register for this year’s Annual Meeting:

ONLINE
Register online via credit card on our secure site.

FAX
Download the registration form [PDF-149KB] from this site, complete it and fax it to the ACVP Executive Office at +1-608-443-2478 or +1-608-443-2474 along with your credit card information.

MAIL
Download the registration form [PDF-149KB] from this site, complete it and mail it along with a check made out to the ACVP for the appropriate fee (ACVP, 2810 Crossroads Drive, Suite 3800, Madison, WI 53718-7961).

Note: Registration for residents, fellows and students must be accompanied by a letter of verification from their department chair. Please register by mail or fax.

The registration fee includes:

• The Conference Proceedings, a printed publication, containing information on each invited presentation. Access to the online Conference Proceedings hosted by the International Veterinary Information Service.
• Networking opportunities with veterinary pathology professionals attending the meeting.
• Entrance to the 40+ company exhibit area.
• Admission for the registrant to the ACVP Presidential Reception, held on Tuesday evening.
• A Conference Directory, including a listing of all pre-registered attendees and invited speakers.
• Access to the Career Fair.
• Four days of conference activities.
• Refreshment breaks and the opening reception.

Conference Program

The ACVP and ASVCP concurrent programs will begin on Saturday, December 2 with three pre-meeting workshops scheduled from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (available at an additional cost). You are invited to attend the Opening Reception in the exhibit area on Saturday evening from 7:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m. The educational program begins at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday morning and continues until 12:00 noon on Wednesday, December 6. Post-meeting workshops are available on Wednesday afternoon (at an additional cost).

Spouse/Guest Registration

Registration of a guest or spouse is $35. This admits them to the ACVP Presidential Reception on Tuesday evening; allows them access to the other social activities at the meeting; as well as the Spouse/Student Hospitality Area at the Hilton El Conquistador Golf and Tennis Resort.

If your guest wishes to attend one of the optional tours on Monday afternoon, you will need to pay the additional fee outlined on the registration form. Registering a spouse/guest for $35 does NOT include an optional tour on Monday afternoon.
