Air Travel

Plan your airline arrangements to Boston early. The ACVP has negotiated a discounted contract with United Airlines. You can reduce your cost by 5-10% depending on the price of your ticket and your advance purchase. It is always important to book 30 days in advance in order to obtain the deepest discount. Burkhalter Travel will book your travel on the air carrier offering the greatest discount, even if that carrier is not one of the airlines offering a contracted rate.

Ground Transportation

Roundtrip shuttle service transportation from Logan International Airport to the Marriott Copley Place Hotel is available through JC Transportation Shared Van Services at a discount for all ACVP attendees. The rate is $20.00 per person roundtrip. This discount is only available when making your reservations online at http://www.jctransportationshuttle.com and prior to November 28, 2005. Please place the code "ACVP" when it asks for a frequent user corporate ID on the website.

Phone reservations will be accepted by calling toll free (+1-800-517-2281). The price for roundtrip transportation will be $25.00 or $12.50 each way when you make your reservation by phone.

When you arrive at Logan International Airport in Boston, call (toll free) +1-800-517-2281. You will be directed to collect your luggage and to the proper waiting area for van pickup.

If you decide to take a cab from the airport to the Marriott Copley Place Hotel, the one way fare will average $30. Be sure to confirm this fare with the driver prior to getting into the cab.
