Residency/PhD program in Veterinary Anatomic Pathology

The Department of Biomedical Sciences and Pathobiology at the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine has a position available in a combined residency/PhD program in veterinary anatomic pathology to begin July 15, 2010. The first 2 years will be focused primarily on residency training, the third year will be transitional, and years 4 and 5 will be focused on research with some continuing diagnostic pathology duties. A wide range of disciplines are available within the college for the dissertation research. A DVM or equivalent degree is required, and the successful applicant will need to have the GRE. Stipend approximately $28,000) and tuition waiver are provided.
