The Department of Pathobiological Sciences, School of Veterinary Medicine, University of Wisconsin-Madison seeks applicants for a 3-year training position in anatomic pathology effective July 1, 2010. Residency training is based on diagnostic casework from the Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital and is designed to prepare the individual for the certifying examination of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists.   The successful applicant will have opportunities to participate in the instructional program in anatomic pathology and to conduct research projects. The Department and School offer an excellent collegial environment and exceptional resources in infectious disease pathobiology, oncology, food animal production medicine, and other disciplines. Additional diagnostic opportunities and materials from laboratory animals, zoo and wild animal species are available. Applicants must possess the DVM/VMD or equivalent degree and be eligible for Wisconsin licensure.
