Experimental Pathologist We are currently recruiting for a direct research scientist position in anatomical veterinary pathology. The position is with a prestigious research organization in the Raleigh/Durham area. The position will support the anatomic pathology service and may also develop independent research projects. Will have supervisory responsibility for the Pathology/Necropsy unit and will provide pathology support to research programs. This position is available at multiple levels in either a research-investigator or clinical track depending on the successful candidate's career direction. Research responsibilities for individuals in the investigator track will include developing an extramurally funded, independent program that can support graduate students at the M.S. and Ph.D. levels. Qualified candidates will have a DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited or equivalent institution and be board-certified by the American College of Veterinary Pathologists (Anatomic Pathology). Highly qualified board-eligible applicants will also be considered. Strong consideration will be given to candidates with demonstrated expertise in either respiratory or reproductive toxicological pathology.
