Charter Preclinical Services, a growing pathology-based drug development consultancy, is seeking a board-certified veterinary pathologist to be an integral member of its expanding team. Owned and operate by a fellow veterinary pathologist, Charter Preclinical Services (CPS) is dedicated to assisting biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry partners in reaching their preclinical goals and objectives in a timely and scientifically sound manner. We strive to provide high-quality data and reports for primarily efficacy-based studies in the research and discovery stage. Numerous animal models and therapeutics are assessed as part of the current work-load. This makes for extremely varied and interesting work for a potential candidate who understands industry needs and objectives. The ideal associate will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) along with a strong pathology background. An appreciation of the power of clear, concise and creative data display are encouraged and highly valued. A strong commitment to customer service is required. We pride ourselves on a creative and fun work environment. Satellite offices are available, as are flexible hours.

Part-time or full-time employment is available. The right candidate could even have the opportunity to become a partner in the business. Salary is commensurate with experience.
